Seller’s Agreement

THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU OR THE BUSSINESS YOU REPRESENTING AND SEVENBOOKSTORE.COM MANAGED BY ISHANKON. BY REGISTERING AND USING THIS SITE AS A PLATFORM FOR SELLING YOUR PRODUCTS, YOU ARE COMFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE ACCEPTED ALL THE CONDITIONS, TERMS AND POLICIES OF SEVENBOOKSTORE.COM SUBJECT TO THE CHANGES IN FUTURE TIME TO TIME IF NECESSARY IN CONNECTION WITH SEVENBOOKSTORE SITE.

Here in the following and above, the word ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’ refer to SEVENBOOKSTORE.COM alias Manager, SEVENBOOKSTORE.COM or parent, ISHANKON. And the word ‘you’ or ‘yours’ means the applicant who wants to sale his/her products using our website.

  • Registration:-

You can register with us through web-form or email and as a part of the registration, you must provide us with your or your business’ legal name, address, phone number, e-mail address, Age, PAN, Bank account details and tax registration details applicable if any. But at our sole discretion, we may at any time cease providing any or all of the services with notice. To register with us, you must be 18 years or above.

  • Service Charges of us:-

Service Charge of us is only 15% (Fifteen percent) on product sold amount. In addition of service charge, GST 18% on service charge (when applicable) and payment gateway charge will be added with service charge. [Example: Say sold value is 100. Then service charge will be 15, GST will be 2.70 (when applicable) and payment gateway charge is 1.5 (Say 1.5% on 100)].

  • Payment to you:-

Payment to you will be done after deducting service charge, GST (when applicable) and payment gateway charge on fortnightly/monthly basis through UPI or net-banking. For this purpose you must provide bank details with IFSC. If the volume of your transaction is high then payment may be done also on weekly basis.

  • Shipping:-

Once an order is placed by a customer, you will have to arrange to handover the ordered product to our courier service provider after packaging the ordered product with bill and invoice for shipping to the customer address. Charge of courier will be paid by us centrally.

  • Order cancelled by you:-

If any order is cancelled by you, a penalty charge of 6% of the ordered amount will be charged to you. To avoid penalty, you have to check your stock and accordingly you have to inform us immediately if it is out of stock.

  • Termination:-

Once this agreement is accepted by you, it will continue for time being until it is terminated by us at any time or by you after 90 days from the date of registration or by a law at any time.

  • Product Standard & Return:-

It is presumed that you are maintaining a product standard. It is the duty of you to exchange the product/refund in absence of product standard or due to faulty or damaged product if the related customer wants so with proof.

  • Law and dispute:-

You are bound to be governed by Indian law and you are to follow the laws of India.  Any legal proceeding for finalization of any dispute if necessary, it will have to be done through the court of Agartala (India) only.

  • Liability:-

This site is provided by SEVENBOOKSTORE.COM on as is where it is basis, and SEVENBOOKSTORE.COM makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site though you expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk. SEVENBOOKSTORE.COM reserves the right to withdraw or delete any information from this site at any time in its discretion. Also all the liabilities of product sold from you in our site will be covered only by you.

  • Prohibition:-

You are not allowed to sell any unlawful product and pornographic product in our site. Also you shall not make any negative, denigrating or defamatory statement(s) or comment(s) about us or parent group in any places including social media.
